To conceptualise, develop and conduct various training program in the organisation for different cadres to develop their professional & personal skills with post training analytical approach

To record and maintain all business transactions which improves the co-ordination between all departments
Act as bridge between the front end team and all department to minimize the communication gape and fast response to the issues and concerns

Act as a loss prevention team by conducting various audits i.e. Stock Assets Cash SOP's Grooming & Discipline etc.
To develop & implement SOP's for store operations and other support departments of the organisation.
To handle and maintain all the legal compliances for the company i.e. FDA Municipal Corporation and other Govt. Bodies
Designing & creating infra-structures for new stores with repair & maintenance.
Help in maintaining stock availability, introduce new products & maintain good margins for the company with attractive visual merchandising at stores
Brand building, Corporate relation & Space selling
To create "Experience-Wellness" among customers through programs like Health Awareness Movement, Loyalty Program etc.
Ensuring proper inward Inventory control, outward & logistics of all the merchandising categories to retail outlets as per schedule.
